The Stabilizer Bar from Scout Inflatables is the most requested accessory for the skiffs. It is a custom fitted Stabilizer Bar designed to fit both Scout 365 & Scout 430 Skiffs. The Stabilizer bar will transform your Scout Inflatable into a Fly Casting machine by allowing the captain to stand up confidently in the skiff.
The Stabilizer Bar uses framework included with the Scout Skiffs to hold the bar firmly in place. Included with each boat is a custom aluminum bench seat, deck mount brackets and hardware for the Stabilizer Bar. These brackets fold down out of the way when not in use.
All hardware included is stainless steel and comes attached to the frame. Quick release pins hold the bar firmly in place and allow you to either fold forward out of the way or remove entirely in seconds. A padded vinyl top is removable so you can wash away any stinky fish hand smells at the end of your fishing trip. Four tie down straps included allow you to tie down firmly in place once your desired leaning height has been established.
